well I'll tell you my personal experience with auto tranny fluid changes. I've never seen one slip after changin it and I've changed a d15b7 with 140k as well as a bunch of other cars.. It has always made it shift a lot smoother. I think the slipping is in older transmissions like 70's and 80's cars. Our honda's like clean fluid:thumbup:

Do i need to buy the fluid from honda or does autozone sell it.

Just get the Honda stuff. It's not that expensive for piece of mind.

as always the oem fluids are best, however using autozone tranny fluid isn't gonna hurt anything. It all depends on what you want for your vehicle. more money for better quality

for a while i was getting smooth shift from b&m trick shift synthetic.
