It's a great investment if you're going to be putting a shifter on anyway. You're going to have to remove every part that the bushings install on so it's really a no-brainer imo.

ya I've heard skunk2's dual bend is the best.. are there any better ones out there?

Those are nice. I've sold a couple of them. They mimic the GSR bends, but have a shorter throw. This moves the shift knob back a bit so you don't have to lean out to reach it. It's a great design.

GSR bend > * I love where it places the shift knob...makes a world of difference

tell me more about the GSR shifter.. i've heard this is the best(feel wise and part safety wise)
would this be a simple swap into my EK? what would i need?

need a basic socket set..and a GSR shifter....oh and a screwdriver.

nothing special is needed to swap it in? where's a good place to pick one up? ebay/junkyards i'm guessing?
