They come in both versions. 90-91 are OBD-0, 92-93 are OBD-1.

if i get the obd 0 is there a conversion kit to make it obd 1

Sure, it's called scrounging for parts and doing it yourself. That'll get you a nice kit. :chuckles: You need an OBD-1 distributor, injectors, and ECU at least.

Not to mention you're going to need a cable to hydrolic clutch kit or a hydrolic transaxle for it.

I put a B18A into my 95 Civic & didn't have any problems with the OBD0 Engine.. i had the entire doner car for all my parts tho... 90 Teg..

was it a hard process to do cause i got a good mechanic on my side to help me out and did u do the cable to hydro conversion
