has anyone bought this or installed it? I purchased one the other day and today when I went to install it, there was no plug for it. the old plug for the car adapter doesn't go to it and I couldn't find any other free plugs. when I did the jdm foglamp install all of the plugs necessary were taped to the sides with colored tape, so I looked for that, but of course those weren't there either.
anyhelp would be greatly appriciated, thanks

i think the outlet plug is sposed to plug into the ashtray/lighter
