Default how do u get hp cheap?

hey i am wandering what's the most u get hp wise for about 1000-1500 maybe a little more money.
I was thinking along the lines of...
turbo 15-20% $500
cold air-300
exhaust-350
k&n filter
spiral max
That what i had as an idea but i don't know too much about how to do this right so is there any ways i could get any more horsepower than what is all there? Someone said that you can customize a turbo for more horsepower but idk seems complicated and expensive. any ideas? by the way this is for a 95 civic. Thank you

why can't folks just answer questions and not be smartasses....... But anywayz, I saw with the oney you got, start on a turbo and see what numbers you can pull. You can buy a turbo kit for that amount and then later on add stuff like rods and pistons, etc. to it.

You won't use a cold air intake with a turbo.

Buy the greddy kit for your price range.

93DituneEX: Yet, you didn't offer an answer...:dunno:

Anyway, if you're estimating 300 bucks for cold air, you're a moron...and 350 for exhaust doesn't seem high enough for a cat-back. Intake/Exhaust/Header might get you a SMALL AMOUNT of noticable power...don't expect big numbers....the best way to get power from ur civic is to swap/spray/or boost it....swap is $$ and complicated, boost is expensive, complicated, and dangerous; and spray is dangerous on your weak stock motor....so I suggest reading up a little more, learn the basics, and start small...or pay someone to do the work for you...which IMO is :ghey:

Good luck with your car...
