Actually that is incorrect also, the Insurance rates for the CR-X were getting redicuallsy expensive and had started to hurt sales, so to avoid the same problem here in the us the droped the CRX name and went with Del Sol. Also CR-X's were offically know as Civic CR-X's.

Wrong. If the del Sol had been called the CR-X here, insurances would not be affected. The Rex had higher insurance rates elsewhere, because in other countries it was offered with a B16. Since it only has a D15 here, insurance was nice and cheap. The DOHC Sol has higher insurance than the SOHC Sols, because of the power rating. The name of the car means absolutely nothing.
