That's gonna be your best bet man, also check your junkyard the d16z6 is a very common motor and it is a very good motor for a starter motor.

Finding a usdm b16 from a sol is almost impossible. But for wiring, just use the US si harness and add the wiring for the knock sensor. That's it. People over complicate things. I know for a fact that the 93 chassis is wried for vtec already, it's just the engine harness that is missing it.

if you have a 93 you have obd1 and isnt the b16a3 an obd2 motor. im not sure im asking. if it is a obd2 wouldnt that pose some of its own problems
