well, like I said...

in my lx, with 27 lbs. rims ( ), I'd top our no more than 105. downhill.

when I went to my lighter 15s, I went back up to a stocking 115-120. Actually, recently I was returning from a lovely trip to Houston, and on the way back, was hitting 120 near constant for quite a while. I never hit my governer before that trip :chuckles:

and again, stock d16y7.

EX's shouldn't have any problems hitting 115-120, so long as road conditions are right for it. But alas, big rims and a heavyish car....

Supermac: you have a d16z6, right?

 :woowoo:

I'm just trying to figure our how much the weight of the car would contribute to top speed. It would kinda make sense, but I dunno....

Unless you have lighter rims than him....

I mean, obviously, an ex engine would be more suitable in a lighter vehical. I'm just not positive if it just effects the time it takes to get up to speed, or the overall speed you can reach, or more than likely, a combination of the two....

somebody did their smoking for the day :rick:

I think if I would have toked I would have understood that post. I think this dude with his dual exhaust probably had done a whole bunch of dumb shit to his car and now it is screwed.

I would think with Dual Exhaust, your Civic would go 150 mph

by not going over 100 mph your car is begging to be driven off a cliff. terminal velocity is more than 100 mph. :wiggle:
