Default Swapped in B18C1... probs/questions.

Arite so i got the motor installed in the EK.... I've got a couple problems. The clutch doesn't grab very well and i believe one of the axles needs to be replaced. The axle that came of the integra was yanked out, so now when im in 5th gear on the freeway I can feel/hear shaking that sounds like a stealth helicopter.

I'm thinking I should probably replace the axle first, and then the clutch.... But during that time that I don't have a good clutch, will driving on the messed up clutch cause any other problems to the car?

oh yeah. does anyone have any suggestions on what kind of a clutch I should get? I dont want an expensive racing clutch, just something affordable/works. A friend recommended the exedy clutch on ebay for like 150 something? anyway, let me know what u guys think

The slipping clutch will not really cause anymore problems as long as it doesn't start to grind going into gear. I would fix the axle though since you don't really want that to break going down the road. For a clutch I would look into an ACT street/strip organic clutch with a heavy duty PP (its a very nice street setup).

I really like my Exedy clutch on my swapped b18c1. No lack of grip and good pedal feel.
