probs w/ ball joint on 00 Civic front camber kit install

I rented a press but, shiat just ain't working. How do you get the ball joint out of the upper control arm?

I borrowed a press from autozone. Don't know what to tell you, maybe take to a machine shop if you can't get it out with that press you rented.

i used a ball joint puller (i think thats the same thing you mean by press--two hooks and a bolt down the middle?). It stuck really hard, but did pop out.
