My brother and his friend are both looking for new springs. But we wanted to research the spring rates. (95 Civic and 99 Integra)

What are the spring rates for the following: (Does anyone know?)

Eibach Sportlines
H&R Sport
TEIN S-Tech
Neuspeed
We want something stiff, but not too low, the H&R Race is stiff, but way too low.
