Just a few inches needs to be cut from the axle back portion. I'm pretty sure the rest fits. Someone wanna confirm this?

 

A lot of the parts from the 5th Generation Civics will fit a Sol, but it's a different chassis. Anything that runs the length of that chassis (exhaust piping) will have to be modified slightly. Control arms, engine components, steering column, and things that dont involve changes to the body of the vehicle themselves, will be fine. These guys are absolutely right that you will need to go to a muffler shop and have it cut. Just look around for Del Sol exhaust or have some custom piping made.
