Default retain cruise control?

i was considering getting a CTR steering wheel(the one w/the airbag) and was wondering if it was possible to somehow keep my cruise control?

you could re-locate your cruise button to be on your e-brake column or something like that.

My cruise is mounted right on the side of the steering wheel. It almost looks like an after thought by Honda. I don't see any reason you couldn't put it anywhere you want to.
