my custom axel back is way way deeper sounding than all my friends' civics' full cat backs... but its an auto and doesnt need the fast factor, although it did make a big difference in feel (it was the first mod from stock i did)

it makes sense because my car doesnt sound like a giant unzipping his pants real fast. it made my car faster than stock (how much i dont know) but i dont know what a catback would do on an auto because i dont have one.

it probably free up some back pressure...but i doubt it made you any more faster.
