I can tell my car still has her original paint...except the drivers door, which I can see it on its second paint job, presumably from a smack during her last ownership. Nice cleanup job, aside from the slight overspray on the window, just below the rubber molding strip, which was the giveaway lol.

When I have the cash to do so, I'm gonna get my car completely repainted...in another coat of glorious cypress green! Only this time she's gonna get a hell of a lot of clearcoat on her, and I'm debating whether to add a bit of a dark navy blue pearl coat to it...

You can get the overspray off with one of the clay bars that you can buy at Autozone or Advance Auto...They arent that expensive...

Oh, I already got it off...paint thinner and precision use of a single edged blade worked nicely.

EDIT: Another quirk I don't like about the new board software...instead of putting one's sig at the very bottom of their "post block," it puts it at right the end of your post, which isn't always the bottom.

Nice work, the spoiler looks great! Now wash yo car!
I thought sexcrow was just good at the internet. I didn't know it was a new feature. Very cool! Good work btw. How did you manage to be off by an inch? That's not a small amount.

A decent paint job will cost at least $3000 and good luck finding a shop that will actually do it. I know in my area, there's only like one or two body shops that actually do completes.

that's the paint. It's horrible. I plan on getting it redone after the suspension upgrade and I pay off the credit card bill. I'm hoping August? October at the latest. It'll be sometime this fall.

This I know.

Pop your trunk and you will see at the back where the spoiler is installed. You can see in one of my pics there are 2 sets of spaces underneath toward the back where you plug drill thru for the spoiler. See how I drilled too far forward? Oh well, it was sealed with silicone and covered by the spoiler. I don't think it's too big of a mistake. I was surprised with my shitty arithmatic I got her dead center.
