Default Rim Repair....

I was just wondering if anyone knew of a good place that does rim repair - I just need to fix some curbage on my rims that I bought used. If anyone knows of any place that does this maybe an estimate of the cost email me at shalina99@hotmail.com.

Thanks alot for anyone that bothers to read this and reply.

Look in the back of Car & Driver or Road and Track. It's called Wheel Collision Center and there's another place right across the PA/NJ border in Bath, PA.

I see you're from Queens. The most frequent place I heard of is WHEELS AMERICA, way out in Long Island, it should be no more than an hour drive from Queens. They charge flate reate of $110 per wheel. From what I heard, they do pretty good job (service ppl themselves on the other hand )If your wheels costs about that much, then just get new wheels... then again, living in NYC, you'll be changing wheels on a weekly basis.

thanks for all of the sites im going to check into them im probably going to go to the one closes to me which is probably that Wheels of America place.

lol well yeah thats the reason i have another car because of bad tires and black ice.

my rims are axis 7 i believe i got them for about half of what they are worth which is $1,000 so i guess its better to just invest in fixing them.

i like the whole gunmetal look though i can keep my car dirtier and it wont look bad. :naughty:

Yea, I would think Wheels America would be your best bet. They are pretty confusing to get to, get good directions. Here's their website: http://www.bentrim.com/
Looks a bit cheesey and pics seem exaggerated, but they're pretty reputable, a few of my friends used them. I was going go through them to fix my wheels, but my wheels were just a few dollars more for new, so...

lol thats a nice name for their website, your right those pics are a little outrageous but it gets their point across.

farmingdale isnt to far from me, then again living in new york anything more than 20 miles away is a journey. =P
