check the gap between the rotor and pad. There should be a few mm there. If they're touching without the brake applied, you need to try and re-position them farther back. Did you use pad shims? Factory or aftermarket?

If everything really is all hunky dory in terms of installment, shims, gap, etc... then all you can do is either replace them with pads you KNOW will fit (i.e. OEM) or just drive around and deal with it until the pads wear down enough that they stop making noise.

Or buy the squeak stop, it is for cars that have just had the rotors resurfaced and still have old pads. It keeps your breaks from making that noise. It is cheap and lasts for about a month. Also did you make sure everything was grease free and cleaned off the rotors and pads? If not hose them down with some brake clean, it could just be brake dust that is making them squeak, that and they are new. Oh one more thing, when you changed the pads were the old pads totaly worn out? if they were making a grinding noise when you replaced them then it sounds like you might need to resurface your rotors...

i dunno if its from the brakes, here are the stuff i checked,

BRAKES: squeeking when applied, checked shims and gaps.
CV joints and axle: no noises make when turning and not loose
FRONT Sway bar: lubed it
SUSPENSION: Tein SS coilover, installed for about 6 months.
WHEEL BEARING: Pretty tight and if its bearing it would make a constant noise all the time.
Exhast: No hitting anything or touching the heat shield.
Lower control is alrite.

thx
