Mugen Strut Bar for $240? Worth it??
I came across someone with a Mugen strut bar that they are selling for $240. Is that a good price for a used one in good condition?

I wouldn't pay $240 for a strut bar, new or used.
With Mugen, you pay mostly for the name. there are plently of other strut bars out that, that are just as ridgid, for a lot less money.
then there's the question of whether its real or not.

$240?!?
You can buy 3 bars for the price of that one. Just like most intakes, most strut bars function the same from a $50 Ractive bar to a $240 Mugen bar. As long as it doesn't flex it works.

A friend has a Corolla that he's been desperately trying to find parts for. He bought a ractive strut bar that he's very happy with. He got it from a dude in Canada that has offered me the following Ractive parts at these prices for my '02 2dr Civic EX:
Strut Bar = $48
Intake = $83
I have a K&N that I can swap with the Ractive filter so it sounds like it might be a good deal... (Shipping is included in the price!)
(he also offered me 'real' Altezza tails for $160... $20 cheaper than I've seen for the APC knock-offs)
