Ever try finding a nice place to mount a VAFC in a sol? Thought I'd do something original!

That's enough of a peak for now. More as other things progress. Blowing the engine in my hatch has caused some setbacks, but it's moving right along.

pretty cool... are those the new eagle rods with the bigger bolts...i dig the gauges too... i just dont know about having them in the radio spot .. running 15 lbs and then having to look far away from the road to see vitals ... you r calll though looks good so far

The radio will end up under the glove box. Done it before, and I'll do it again. lol
As for having the guages that far down, I'm thinking of moving the boost guage up somewhere else, and leaving the other down there. Basically test fitting everything, and deciding where I want it.

im working on putting a VAFC(for a friend) under the lid for the ashtray...ill put a pic of how it stands now(need to rehinge the lid)

Rehinging the lid isn't too tough - it was totally broken when I bought the car, and I fixed it in about an afternoon with nothing more than some mild glue and a bent paper clip to replace the spring that was lost.
