this has nothing to do with sols but i was wondering if yall could give me some ideas for this site. i made it for my dads business he is a farmers insurace district manager. and if anyone knows how to get rid of the double nav bar when you click on home please tell me. thanks alot!

The problem with the site is that when you click home it's reloading the whole index with frameset into the target window. Make it just reload farmersindex.html

The words are going into the blue section, and I hate frames.
