OK well for front strut tower bar, you undo the 2 bolts on the side of the strut assembly that are holding it into the chassis. Depending on the bar, you may have to take it out completly or just stick the ends of bar into the 2 screwdriver nut type things, then redo everything. It's hard to explain.

i dont think it is for the rear either, bc i pulled all the trunk covers out and oculdnt see a spot for it to bolt in. there wasnt a spot under the car either. it is a grex strut bar. thank you guys for putting up with my stupidity
