my suggestions: lose the banner (of course), stock or amber corner lamps, brake swap (!!!), and a slightly more attractive wheel(wheels available from discount tire are a :nono: ) in a smaller size. Then your car would look great on the outside.

I noticed some painted interior trim in one of your pictures. :ugh:

Anyway, if you want to do what you like, great. But if you want to do like all the cool people do, and do what I like, then here's a good starting point. :grinpimp:

Wanna lose the banner, and the drums.. Would like to do a disc conversion on the back... Is it hard?? expensive??? I've always loved my wheels, don't wanna lose em.... Interior accents, I kinda like... I did some, but not too much.. and it's good quality, not peeling like most peoples...

For just the rear swap, youll need integra (or Si or EX w/ abs) trailing arms with hub assembly (w/ rotors, calipers, pads), brake lines, e-brake cables. These parts will run you $200-300, generally.

To get better brake feel and control in addition to ditching the drums, you'll want to swap out the master cyl also. This part is usually around $50, and depending what kind you get, you may need to change the booster too.

I replaced the front brakes with teg ones too (larger diameter than my dinky vx brakes).

All together, I got raped by shady traders and bad parts. The whole shebang (including aftermarket rotors, pads, lines), cost me more than I care to calculate. Theoretically, you can get all that crap (OEM parts) for about $500.

The swap itself isn't that hard as long as your suspension bolts aren't stuck like mine were. One afternoon.

:edit: also keep in mind, since you have a coupe, that the e-brake cables must come from a 2-door integra, a coupe EX w/ discs, or an Si.

wht&slow what did you do for your brake lines (i.e. what size are the fittings etc.) I've had the gsr rear assemblies that I got from a guy here for like $150 but haven't had the time to put them in yet. I'm waiting on ebrake cables that I ordered but am unsure about the brake lines dimmensions.

Sorry for the thread jackh:

I got no-name braided steel lines from raceconcepts.net for a very attractive price. I'm not sure on the dimensions, but I'll go out and check it this afternoon if i get a chance.

BTW where are you getting your e-brake cables from? I need the LH e-brake cable still. Been driving without a handbrake for the better part of a year now h:

Why are people so cheap these days? That's all I hear..."Looking for a cheap turbo kit", "cheap injectors", "cheap swap", blah blah blah. Your paint is peeling off and you want a CHEAP way to fix it? Let it peel off. You won't spend any money and in time the entire car will look the same. OR you could save your money just like you did for the swap and get a paint job.
