Default what suspension for my ek?

i have a problem i have different ideas about each one of these and hoping that u can make my desision a little easier. i drive a 99 civic hatch that has tokico hp blues with cheap coilovers that i bought a week after buying my car. i have learned my lesson on the cheap setup and trying to fix it. i could ......
1) buy some better coils/ springs and get rid of the cheap coilovers that i have and keep my 1 yr old tokico blues.

2)sell my whole sus. and buy some ten basics for $640 shipped and be happy, but there have been some bad reviews on these from a few people. " they need to be sent back after a yr" , or " dont go with tein b/c it is not made for a smooth ride" i dont know what to beilieve and then theres the ones that say to go with the basics.

3)sell whole sus. and buy the tanabe sustec pro for $690. the only thing is that i dont know anyone that has this suspension on their hatch or civic that can tell me that they are good or bad.

if u have any ideas to help me in my process in deciding please post and help me out. i juss want a smooth ride with a nice look to my hatch. i am not ballin out of control to get some insane sus setups either, be reasonable. if u have a better idea for me also post and help me out.
