I friend gave a spare SOHC VTEC valve cover that he wants me to paint for him. I'd have it done already but he wants it to be like the red krinkle stuff seen on the ITR valve covers.
What can I use to get this affect and where can I buy it?
Also can I just paint over the stock coating with it or do I have to strip it all off?
