I am gonna have a word with that guy... flattering... but I don't like how people steal images and use them to sell un-authentic items. Oh, might I add that there are a few laws that that person violated.

At least he did the right thing in leaving my information on the picture.

My thoughts exactly. Free advertisement for me, but I have strict standards and policies for what products, companies, etc - that my car represents.

 

so what laws regarding you did he break? the pic copyrighted?

 

He kept the credit to the picture there, so he's fine for that, but it is still un-authorized use. Any images that contain my company's name is intellectual property of the company.

All in all, it's just a bit amusing and I won't be "suing the pants off" of this guy
