Default Flywheel upgrade?

would it be worth doing a flywheel upgrade on a b18b1 swap into an EG. will i loose some of the torque known to the b18? is it even worth it? i was lookin at a Clutchmasters flywheel upgrade kit. thanks...

Flywheel upgrade are usually always worth it. You gain quite a bit of power to the ground depending on the set up. But I suggest doing it before the motor is in the car, it will be a lot easier :thumbup:

yea these people are 10 min away from my job. I drove over on lunch break and picked up an Exedy full organic disk for the b18 in my sol. I paid around 170 after taxes. :thumbup: good luck

I run a Clutchmasters 7.5lb flywheel and I'm happy with it.

yeah, i figured i could just put in a flywheel/clutch upgrade since the motor/tranny will already be out of the car...thanks for the help guys!
