hey I plan on buying a Skunk 2 intake manifold for my JDM B18C GSR and wanted to know what yall think about it?

 

do u have valvetrain work done?

 

na its completely stock right now

 

do it. my skank2 manifold and tb really opened up my motor.

It will probably shine more once you do a little more work on the motor. I heard the skunk2 gsr IM is the only one that really makes a difference on a stock motor. Something about the stock gsr IM being a lot more restrictive compared w/ B16/itr/y8 IMs. :dunno:

it will be more logical after cam modifications. but every little bit helps.

 

i plan on buying one also for my JDM GSR along with a Skunk2 P28. What else do u need to install the skunk2 IM.

 

The Skunk2 intake manifold is a little less of a headache to work with then the GS-R's inverted manifold with those annoying little butterfly plates.

 

I'm thinking about getting one of these too... it should help out my flow I think. Gunna get some different IC piping first...
