I think the OEM 92-95 Honda Civic sedan front bumper is actually a tad bit wider than the OEM hatch/coupe front bumper. I had to pull the sides out a little when I installed one a while ago. Since the OEMs are made of urethane, it's not hard to get the coupe bumper to fit on the sedan. Just remove the plastic piece that holds the screw in place on the fenders and use a bolt/washer/nut combination instead. That will hold the side of the bumper to the fender more securely. Once you get the sides bolted in, it helps to use a heat gun to help massage the bumper into place. The lines won't be perfect but it will look like it was supposed to be there to the untrained eye. You will need to trim around the corner light area to get the corner lights to fit. Some say to use the coupe/hatch corner lights, I was able to use my sedan corner lights.
This also applies to the aftermarket bumpers that other companies sell for the 92-95 Civic coupe. I have installed the Wings West Bigmouth and the Avenger front bumper on my sedan before using the bolt/washer/nut combo and used my sedan corner lights as well..
Old old pic of my sedan....
