Hey guys, I have a quick question. I was looking around online and I think i found a good deal. http://www.osakajdmmotors.com/honda/b18c1/index.html
It's 2700 for the motor and another $150 for new axles. He says it comes with everything you need to complete the swap. Thanks.

Why would someone spend so much money on that (a) swap ? When you can get an ls motor and swap the head ? People say its faster then the gsr so why not ? Im currently gonna swap my ls motor into my Hb swap the head and its not gonna cost me ½ as much . Don't get me wrong Im not trying to be an ass . I just wanna know the diffrence . Thanks !

ls/vtec way more expensive then a gsr motor if you build it right...it isnt like you can just plop the head on over to the ls motor...its gotted to be milled and you have to run the oil lines and you cant rev very high cause it doesnt have the extra oilers and a bunch of other shit....I think you have a glorified view of the ls/vtec.

Ls/vtec can be made reliable but its not the same as having just a stock gsr motor. It may not make as much power as ls/vtec but you wont have to worry about it.
