I would not recomend GR2 struts if ur looking for performance. The GR2s are factory replacement struts. They would be ok with neuspeed sports as those are not extrememly aggressive, but i personally wouldn't do it. And GR2s with RACE springs i'd say will last about a month and u'll end up puking after every car ride. I would recommend getting the neuspeed sports with tockico HPs(blues), or the RACE springs with Koni Sports(aggressive and a very good setup).

if you do it right the first time you wont be spending more money on it again to fix it.

i wouldnt go with that combo because of the reasons already mentioned.
those shocks are about $50 each, and $150 for the springs individually.
like crucial said....do it right from the start...i took apart my stock tower 4 times, and thinking about doing it again.

ACK! $350. You will get what you pay for. I don't think that's a great deal and seems too cheap to be good. I would go (for a starter) Tokico Illuminas and find some used Neuspeed or Eibach lowering springs on Ebay. I got my Neuspeed springs back 7 years ago for $100 for a 1.8" drop.

Do all yoursuspension at once. May not be that hard but can cause headaches. I had a prokit on stock struts back a few years. Rode ok I guess and helped w/ the fendergap. Wasnt really low enough though.

aren't you the guy with the s2000 motor and...:fawk:
do the suspension as you get the money for it. if you aren't a lazy s.o.b. and have access to a few tools changing springs and shocks is nothing.
damn I like to work on my car. thats half the fun.
