What kind of header cat should i go with?

so you just got a new header and no cat? what kind of header was it?

For the 5G body, an EX/Si header will mate to the factory CX/VX exhaust with no cat. It's a pretty sweet deal, that's what supermac is talking about. I have no idea if this works for a 96+.

so which way should i go? should i just get a header from ebay? one of them ceramic ones? they dont come with a cat.. do i need a cat? What do you guys think i should do?

should i just go with the stock or what aftermarket? someone please give me some opinions.. i dont want to go all out.. just something a little better.. all it does is mainly get louder on the exhaust correct?

no it helps your engine be more free flowing, you won't have huge gains but any gains help imho.
