1 turn( Half of full firm).

I drove with full firm for few days and I felt like throwing up.

Almost firm setting is very stiff and makes the car bounce like it's still on factory shocks.

i drove on full firm w/ 50 series (sp i'md drunk) tires. it was a little bouncy. i would not recoment this with 40 tho. it didn't feel that great. you can't put your head on the headrest on full fuirm.

Driving on full firm will wear out the shocks quicker. Don't know if you have money to spend but I don't. I ride on 1/2 turn (from full soft) on 350f/400r springs.

I drove around the block on full firm... it was no fun.

So I drive on full soft in the front and half-firm in the back for daily driving suits me just fine.

All this is on 205/40/16 tires.

Mine are a half turn off full firm. Too bouncy I need to get around to changing it (so hard I know). I forgot my knob on a 12 hour round trip. The expressway was like a trampoline.
