If ever you needed to replace the JDM headlight(s), you'd have to replace the entire assembly. But if you needed to replace the USDM headlight(s), chances are that you'll only need to replace 1 of the 2 halves of it. Long-term practicality told me to stay with the "damn-it-I'm-so-common-and-ugly" USDM ones.

I'm actually considering getting a set of glass EDM heads...then putting HID ligting in them. None of that eBay projector crap, I'll find some out of an Acura or somethin and make them work.

It'll get done, and I'll take lots of pics, but this will happen after I do my 50/50 tails. And that will happen when I finish my gauges.
It's just a part of my DIY lineup.

i own a set of crystal clear jdm headlights and they are well worth the money. if anyone is serious about buying a set you might as well just buy a new pair. I know they are like $600 but if you sell your stocks, youll lonly be out like $200-$300. It is by far my favorite thing in my car, that and my JL stealth box.

nah i didnt mean the euro glass. I deal with jdm headlights for all sorts of cars all the time. From personal experience it is incredible hard to find a set of del sol headlights that are clean and clear of yellowness, or the clear coat is starting to fade, and most of the time have some scratches on them.
So when i say crystal clear i just mean the cleanest they can possible be.
