i think there is some relationship between this problem and compression ratios....just a guess....probably not right

 

Mmmm....I dunno. I really don't think so. Remember it vents the crankcase, and really doesn't have much to do with static or dynamic compression inside the combustion chamber. More just depends on block design, head design, valve cover layout, and even where the PCV hoses connect, etc..
