any body know if a ex or lx gauge cluster will work on it?

im not sure what you are asking,..if you are asking if a EX or LX gauge cluster will work in your DX then yes they will swap in with no modifications,..just plug and play

yep just plug and play. You can also swap out the odometer for accurate milage

a redline on an ex is the same for a dx, I got mine from RiceBurninVTEC (his 96 coupe EX) to my 98 coupe DX

the ex is 7200 the dx is 6500 or so, the SOHC Vtec is made to rev a little higher.

I just snagged one from a junkyard and got a climate control also for a combined total of $80
