Default 04 civic impressions

right off the bat i want to say i am VERY impressed with the latest honda civic. my friend visited me in college and took me for a ride to dinner. right away the NVH is absolutely non existant, the car feels solid, and the interior build quality is much improved from the 01 model. the car rides EXTREMELY nice. for a stock suspension its not too soft and of course not too stiff. it corners very confidently. the headlights also project a very clean pattern. no discernible hot spots at all. This car is a HUGE improvement over my 98 civic in every way! i know 6 years does a lot in car years but wow, im extremely impressed.

i have another friend with a 01 civic coupe, and the 04 is just so much better than his ride. im supremely impressed on how honda has evolved this generation.

When the 7th gen came out, I really didn't like it at all....the improvements that they've made on the second half have changed my mind completely. They look 456423 Xs better, and as you've said, they've worked all the kinks out that were in the first half of the generation.

I really like the styling of the coupe. Normally I don't like most honda's cars when they first come out. At least their styling. But I've liked this one from the first time I saw it.

I think it's about time that Honda decided to put alloys for the Ex trim model civics...

If nothing else, at least it got decent looking wheels. This is the first time I have seen the 04 civic, and I'm quite impressed by the styling. Any improvements to engine power?
