Default bleeding anitfreeze

so last time i fill up with gas i notice that my reserve tank is a little low on antifreeze, this time i start up my car and was chekcing something else under the hood and notice that both pipes (upper/lower) were leaking where they were connected at the radiator and block. I have those wierd stock compression clamps, i tightened them up and everything was fine. It also stops when the car warms up. Whats the deal with that? Should i replace all the clamps with the screw-type? Sorry for the long story (97 civic lx). Thanks.

If you can replace the hoses and the clamps, otherwise, just the clamps.

The hoses are really easy to replace. I would just change them and get some better clamps.
