Default Important: Should I?

Ok i have a GSR motor in my 92 hatch..I was thinking about going turbo and wondering how much would it cost for a complete turbo kit and everything you need to do in order for it to run good and healthy...If the turbo is going to be expensive i was considering selling my b18c1 and purchasing a b18c5..also since i seen my motor get put in, i feel confident in swaping a motor in myself so i wont have to pay for installation...anyone know where i can find a good site to purchase a b18c5 for a good price...let me know thanks for the help...

BTW what would you guy do?? Please i need opinions and stuff thanks..

In my opinion, it would be absolutely worthless to swap out a c1 for a c5. The money would be much better spent on a turbo for the c1 motor. It depends on the kit, but a good turbo set up could run anywhere from $2000 to $6000. Talk to Westcoaststyle, as he has turboed his c1 pretty nicely. I think that most people on this board will also agree that a turboed b18c1 is much better than a b18c5:thumbup:

if you didn't start with the C5, then stick with what you got and work from there. it really doesn't take too much to get your C1 to perform like a C5...personally, i'd turbo in your case.

I spent like $2100 shipped for my MaxRev kit and that included the Hondata S200B. :naughty:

You could get a RevHard kit for a pretty good price. PM me if you need some pricing info.
