They don't have eg sedan lips in the US. Although they are similar to the lips on the ex and si just that it's for the sedan bumper.

I'm against painting it, I'd keep it black.

anyone ever put the usdm 2/3dr 5th gen lip on the sedan? looks like the same lip to me....
