stroking increases the stroke = less rpm's. and why not bore it? its already at 84mm so maybe bore it over .5mm or straight to 85mm.

I'm gonna go with either a B18a1 (LS) or B18c1 (GSR)...whichever I find first.

Going to bore it to 84mm, sleeve it, block guard...blah blah blah

I think a h23/h22 setup would be good for some big horsepower. That's half a liter of displacement over a b18 before boring it out.
