Plugs
Dist. Cap
Dist. Rotor
Plug Wires

That's where I'd start...

no offense, but I'm starting to think I'm the only one who has a paper clip in their car to check the codes if something happens. I know what's up when it happens. If it's a code I don't remember, a friend with a computer is only a phone call away.

The point I Was trying to make is that when you do anything to your motor, you better do the research to know how to keep the engine going. Checking codes is something that most people learn right away. Plus, how many times has the checking your codes topic come up. You've been around enough to know where the search button is.

yes i apologize i might have left the subject a bit broad, but what i was looking for was just a few idea's to rest a sure it wasnt something serious (peace of mind while i sleep ). I liked the idea of waking up in the morning with a few suggestions, rather than some smart ass remarks. Yeah im kinda n00b on this forum i just lay low and read alot of stuff on here from time to time or check for sale stuff, etc. I've only got a few post on here, becuase most of the time i figure out stuff on my own. It just really irritated me to come and find stupid waste of time of answers on here.

Anyway i still have this problem. tried my old wires, new plugs, and checked the distrubutor. I'm really not 100% sure what im checking for inside of the distributor other than the rotor and ignition coil. They seem to look fine, but i havent tested them. I've even thought of the possibility that a injector might be fouled. Well ill have more results tomorrow.
