Default Si seat install and question**help**

Ok
I am looking to buy a set of Si front seats. The guy is telling me that the seat belt buckle is not there. Is that something that is permentanly bolted to the seat or is that something I can take off my old seats and reattach to the Si seats?????

That is pretty much my only concern. The seats should just bolt right in. Also, I am assuming Si seats are firmer and give more support then Ex seats?

Thanks for all yourhelp!
