civc si parting
my freind jsut crashed his 2000 si with 21,000 miles turn out he doesn't ahve collsion and to fix is gonna be 11,000 the only parts dmg was the suspension in the rear chances are taht here in about a week were gonna be parting the car out everything will have to go from engine to the clean door panels just wondering waht teh demand is

Demand for the motor itself should be pretty high, other than that, I'd say the wheels. Everything else would be tough to sell unless you sell for cheap.

i'll keep ui up to date on the wheels an dyea what would the engine and tranny go for considering they oinly have 20,000 and the tranny has 500 miles bc the frist one was a piece and dropped a gear in the first cuople thousand

If the car was black I might be interested in the OEM spoiler if he has it and if he had an aftermarket cat-back depending on brand. Maybe some of the suspension parts as alot of non-Si owners would probably like.

I'm sure he would make out okay on parting it out. Insurance would be better but... There are always people looking for body parts. If it is red, I know someone who would want the hood and two front fenders. Headlights are pretty easy to sell also.

the car is black and the paint is perfect. the rear suspension is pretty messed up im going to look to see if i can help at all but unless his uncle can repair it for really cheap were parting it out. I should know in about a week or so so once im back from vacation if we are anything that is on a civic si is gonna be sold
