Default 5th gens; How do I fix headlight?

There is a gap between the passenger headlight and the front bumper cover, how do I fix this? I already tried that screw behind the headlight next to the side corner, but I've turned it so much it doesn't move.

:werd:

If that isn't there, then your bumper is beginning to sag. Put it back on to help the bumper stay in it's place and lessen the look of the gap.

My metal brackets have 2 sets of holes. Does it matter which holes I use? I think they are labeled sr3 and sr4, but don't quote me.
