Default Engine Differences

I know I posted this in the engine tech area, but figured I'd get more views from it being in here. I currently have a 93 Civix LX 4 dr that has a engine that needs to be replaced. Currently I have a engine from a 95 civic no idea what the model of the car was and such, it was shipped up from a autowreckers.

Now as I started looking at the two engines to compare them I noticed the Sensor Assembly on the 95 was different than that on the 93. The biggest different was on the 93 there is a hose running off the Sensor Assembly which is attached to the firewall, but on the 95 the Sensor Assembly is on the throttle body and doesn't have the hose running off of it.

A few concerns that have come up is.
1. Am I gonna be able to use this engine?
2. Do I need the ECU from the vehicle that this engine came
from?
3. Is there a way to bypass this hose and allow the car to
operate properly?
4. Can I switch the throttle bodies and use the Sensor
Assembly from the 93?

Help would be appreciated.

they are both the same d15b7.

Block Code on the 95 is J875982
Block Code on the 93 is 2706086

But I figure the block codes are nothing. The D15B7 is identical tho, and I know the engines are "suposed" to be the same. But I think I found the difference.
