Default Fixing fender

I have a 94 honda civic 2 door ex. I got a couple of baseball sized dents in the passenger side front fender and a 3 inch long crack between them.

first i would like to know if you think it is fixable? where would be the best place to take it for an estimate? how much would this cost?

if it is not fixable, where would be the best place to get the replacement part for it and get it painted. is it possible to self install the fender or should i take it to a mechanic? how much would this cost?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2442137918
would this be a good deal?

sorry for all the questions but i want to try and get this done asap. thanks!

I would probably just get some JDM fenders with sidemarkers. If you don't want to do any mods to it then I'd just get something like the auction you linked.
