Default DOHC D-series?

I wasn't sure or not but my friend kept saying how his step sister had a 95 Civic EX that was a stock DOHC. I thought all D-series were SOHC? Should I believe him or curse him out next time i see him?

Nope.
Unless he swapped his 98EX.
DOHC are only found in the B, F, H, K series.

First ask if she swaped out the motor. If he says it is stock then feel free to throw up the BS flag and gently shove it up his ass, or where ever u would like.

the A3 isnt bad at all. my friend rosemel put one in his crx got some cam gears and some custom cams put in and with the standard i/h/e he ran a 15 flat on his first run. his second run he dipped into the 14s.

Who would they swap in an A1 or an A3? You would have to change form OBD2 to OBD0, plus it would be an illegal swap b/c its not the same or new year engine.
