Default LED signal light problem

Today I bought a set of 1156 LED signal light from APC for my 95 civic coupe. It know flashes really really fast all four lights work.
But when I put on the hazard lights so all four light up it flashes at the normal rate. Anyone got any ideas?

LED = LOW RESISTANCE, thats why they blink faster. Options: Throw that crap away and put in normal bulbs, or go to radio shack and wire in some resistors before the bulb socket.

Take those off. They are hardly visible in the daytime and not as bright as normal 1156 bulbs. They are also illegal and the low lumens output could work against you in an accident or if you get pulled over.

Also, it's the resistance. Similar to when a bulb burns out on one side. That side blinks faster.

there's your answer. the better option would be to go back to stock bulbs.
