Default rubbing when turning

alright guys i have a question..
i have a 94 civic dx... i had some 17 inch motegi ff5's put on there and everytime i turn the front rubs.. when i went to my friends to change my oil we put the car on the lift and kinda figured out it was hitting the arm. the back is alright its just the front that is rubbing..
is there anything i can do to stop/minimize this?
im not sure if ther is anything else u need to know to maybe solve my problem but if there is just ask
thanks guys i really wanna try to stop this cuz i dont want my tire to pop on the highway or somethin from too much rubbing action :naughty:

If your car is lowered that might cause a problem....
probably the size of your tires/rims

What size tires and what offset wheels are you running?

It sounds as if it's an offset problem.
