I Have a Acura Integra LS now the motor makes a knockin' noise that knockin' noise is Rod Barrin'. Now I can either rebuild the engine or i can buy the same one or a 1994 LS motor from the junk yard. What should I Do Rebuild or buy?

 

I don't know how it is with Honda's, but with classic domestics with popular motors, the car retains value better if the original motor is kept so the car will be numbers matching. If you have some cash stored up, you could rebuild with new cams and pistons and add some power.

 

I would rebuild..... like said above you can build it to make alot more power
